MBBS Admission

Please read the instructions carefully before proceeding for admission –

• Physical Documents Verification: Every candidate need to bring the below mentioned documents in Original and One self attested photocopy at the admission front desk.
• Online Admission Form Submission: Every candidate must fill up the Student online Admission Form at the admission front desk and collect login credential from the same desk for future reference.
• Fees Payment: Total fees to be paid at the time of admission is to be deposited by CASHLESS mode through Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI via POS Machine or in online payment mode through our official website (www.nbmch.ac.in). • Bond: Every candidate must fill up the Bond for resignation and submit the signed copy at the time of admission.Click here to download the Bond for resignation Form.
• Medical Certificate: Every candidate MUST bring a Medical Certificate in the given proforma here before reporting for admission. Medical Fitness Certificate is to be issued by Registered Medical Officer. Click here to download the Medical Fitness Form.
• Anti-Ragging Undertaking by Student: Every candidate must fill up the Anti Ragging pledge document and submit the signed copy at the time of admission.Click here to download the Anti Ragging Form for Candidate.
